We came across this 'Copia' SBS at the Midland Gold Class cinema when we went to watch the recent Bourne movie. I'd never seen this WA label before so I thought it'd be rude not to give it a whirl.

After some investigation I found out it's part of the Robert Oatley wine portfolio. It was $33 per bottle at the Gold Class.

From what I could tell it was rather pale in colour yet there were nice aromatics wafting out of the glass. Think herbs and tropical fruit. The palate was easy drinking with nice acidity and refreshing juiciness. Not bad really, I think Matt Damon would approve.

All opinions are based on my own taste buds. Wine is subjective, so make sure you drink what you enjoy!
