Light, barest hint of sweetness, super easy to drink. Perfect for those in-between days of spring where it's hot but not hot as hell yet. Paired well with a quiche and salad.

Self admitted Pinot novice, not sure what I need to note on this. Looks very watery, the nose is apricots and raisin with a hint of stainless steel. Fills the mouth but has an off putting finish-not terrible just off. I'll try more before coming back...
