
The 2018 is in a very good spot right now. It’s beginning to show tertiary like hay and chamomile but also have plenty of lemon. It’s really reminiscent of lemon curd or a lemon chess pie. and then, of course there’s some mineral finish. So good with local grouper and a salad while remembering my grandmother‘s birthday…she loved her Chardonnay. 🥰
