A sweetly scented and seductive bouquet of apples and peaches mixes with rich gingery spices and a whiff of candied citrus as the 2019 Vermentino Melacce Montecucco blossoms in the glass. This is unexpectedly rich and pliant in feel, yet also packed full of salty minerals, giving way to ripe green melon mixing with hints of raw almond and wild herbal tones. It tapers off long and spicy, also lightly structured, making for a fully satisfying experience. (Eric Guido, Vinous, December 2021)

Wine tasting with Kay and friends! Cirtusy notes on the nose, but light body and very thin. From the coast of italy. Good with fish!
