Day 1 was all cranberry and red cherry, thin, tart, quaffable, good chilled wine. Day 2 there’s petrol on the nose, like a gas station. The cherry is gone. Cranberry is still there, but no longer like drinking cranberry juice with alcohol. It’s now alcohol with a touch of cranberry. Maybe an 8.7 day 1. This is an overall rating.

Red cherry, raspberry jam and light floral notes immediately on the nose. Light earth, herbal and milk chocolate aromas in the background. Palate is similar to the bouquet with smooth tannins. Toss could go another few years. This wine is almost as fabulous as friends who gifted this to us
