VERY acidic. Dark clear ruby. Savory and woody on the nose: smoked dried strawberry, oregano, tomato leaves, a bit of raspberry jam developed by day 2. On the palate: medium-light body, tomato, herb, oak, and did I mention, acid? Light chalky tannins.
