Infanticide but I needed to taste as next one will be in 6-7 years. What a wonderful wine. At the beginning it was closed but after 2 hours it opened up giving dark ripe red and black fruit. Kirsch, herbs some licorice and refined tannins. Goes on very long. Yes it is ripe, yes there is heat however the acidity and mineral core of this wine will take it super long in time. Can't wait to see how this will be in 10 years but I know it will be a very good wine.
