2016 vintage. 30 Grenache Blanc 30 Clairette 30 Roussane 10 Bourboulenc. Blanched almond, beeswax, linden leaf, lemon pith, white grapefruit peel, lots of minerals. Acid definitely overrides any waxiness in texture. Good typicity.
