Pruno Nero Lambrusco
Proper Lambrusco: dry, inky black in colour with great concentration of black cherry fruit & bright acidity. Sublime with a platter of different salumi (pork is best!)

Oct 8th, 2015Joyous w fine bubbles, straddles between red fruits & bitterness, a classic old maker, even the bottle is like an old tank speaking of its fine pedigree. Oh yeah, it costs less than 15$ in my local store & was rated #1 in NYT in '12. Its crafted, it bring happiness, def does not deserve the petty scores so far on Delectable, viva Lambrusco!
