Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon

Tl;DR: Solid Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon for those that appreciate ripeness, but not a perpetual hang on the vine. It’s a food wine. Curious to see how they refine their technique and what the next vintage shows us.
Dark ruby but not completely opaque. Medium + intensity on the nose of black and red currants, and a good dose of bell pepper + toast. Acid medium, tannin medium + and grippy on the cheeks, alcohol medium +. Long finish. Shy on the secondary and tertiary notes, but can see this developing some more leathery characteristics in the next 2-4 years.
