Wild baking spices, gentle tar/ rose hint. Tannins glide. Acidity peaks around the corner to show its presence but gets out of the way. Singing!! Bought it at their TR in early '19 without ever getting to taste it. Just had to roll the dice and felt confident. Sadly only bought 1 as usual...shared w connie and brett at bellatusc. Their burg stem (their only red gls) was actually best even vs the Zalto burg on day 2 and the giant Rdl burg the latter of which was very wrong for this wine. 13.5% 2011 in 6/21.
