Pure strawberry essence dancing in the glass.
Super fruit forward , strawberries all the way. Slight effervescence. Tannins and acidity nicely calling for balance on the palate.

Pétillant Naturel made with Catawba, an indigenous variety from the Finger Lakes. Quite exuberant, fragrant nose with non-vinifera varieties’ signature grapey, foxy notes (smells like Concord grapes). Lemon, green apple flavors. High acidity. Tasty, very refreshing. Slightly mineral finish. Drinks like lemonade

The 2019 was a stunner and more complex - 2020 was good but less surprising. White peach on the nose. Lightly floral and delicate.
