Tar, black current, blackberry jam, a bit of coffee too. Very inviting. The palate is well designed with a strong acid backbone and a nice matter on the sides. Black currant all along. A nice grainy tannic wall stands in the way and kicks a nice and long fruity finish with a coffee note. Second tasting experience. Great value. Calls for meat

Tar, red berries, sour cherry, a bit of menthol too. Not really classical. The palate shows a very strong acid backbone but it's rather thin with a shy fruit, some grip, and a long finish with a almost overwhelming bitterness. Not a typical profile and calls for meat. Duck magrets are on their way!
