이와인은 누가 마셔서 보르도 블랑이라는 것을 알 수 있을 듯 합니다. 시트러스 계열향이 마구마구 터집니다. 자몽을 깨물고 있는 느낌이네요 ㅎㅎㅎ, 숙성을 통해서 벌꿀같은 달콤한 향도 올라옵니다. 이후 시간의 지나면서 약간의 쉐리 향이 올라오네요. 향에 비하여 맛은 살짝 가벼운 느낌입니다. 지금이 시음 적기인듯 느껴지네요.
