Has all the qualities I'm looking for in Sauternes but lacks the quality. Honeyed apricots, peaches, elderflower, jasmine, and acid present themselves but fall off rapidly. Opened way too young, but patience isn't a virtue of mine.

Very pleasant wine, but lacks concentration of the most. Honeysuckle, peaches and lemon. Good wine on it’s own, but might be disappointing if looking for traditional Sauternes experience.
