Much better after an 8-12 hour decant- beautiful cherries, forest floor, and herbal bouquet make up this wine- nose still improving at almost 20 hrs open, but palate becoming thinner. Elegant, enjoyable, nostalgic. Would still pair nicely hearty or less hearty meats.
