Red and black forest fruits, cherry, a bit of pepper, green and black, a bit of tar too. It could be easily mistaken for a bordeaux nose. The palate is well made : a good acid backbone, a nice cherry, raspberries fruit all along, good width, a good grip and nice, lovely, spicy tannins with a grain which lay a nice dusty, drying mouthfeel in the finish which is mostly fruits. Easy going, plain simple, and very good so.
