Style of wine i very seldom drink, matured sauternes. Opened the bottle 14hrs before drinking, first lot of sulphur and medicinebox with the typical notes of botrytis, exotic fruits and saffron. At Night while drinking lot more seamless and balanced. Beautifully matured and felt younger and livelier, still a little low in acidity to really be in balance. 🇫🇷

Nice botrytis nose, a bit toasted, a bit of honey. The palate is nice and sweet with a strong acidity. Honey again, apricot, not as ample and persistent as I wanted it to be. Pleasant with foie gras
