Paired with '93 Ch. Gazin over prime rib Christmas dinner (Both vintages from kid's birthyears). Both showed well (kids and the wines). Soft and supple with nice ripe cherry fruit. Elegant, balanced, with perfect texture. Drink now over next 10 years.
