Opened 7/23/18. Clearly a modernist and well made wine with some old world earthiness. Nose was terrific and enticing for prolonged sniffing. Mouth feel quite firm and a bit tannic and some heat. 15% ABV. Will age very nicely. Better the next day with improved balance. Great with Bob's grilled ribeye.

An amazing Languedoc GSM value. Initially bright red fruit but after about 20 minutes of breathing, it matured right there in the glass. Herbs and spice, chai, dried dark cherry, nice acidity and light tannin. A great food wine. We paired it with mustard rub pork loin.
