Getting more knowledgeable with Bordeaux and this bottle was a great start! Not too earthy, well balanced :)

Saddle leather, vanilla bean, sweat....ok...maybe not any of those. But delicious.

Nice Bordeaux, lives up to it's classification as light not too dry but not sweet with a full body

Back from our Iberian adventure.. We selected a nice Bordeaux to add to the fantastic strip loin. This is a wine which moves across the the tongue like roger on the grass, stimulates the palate like a young Robin Penn... While is no where near the Lynch Bages of this vino world it is a nice intro... Oakley- Smokey with plenty of Pokey.. Velvet and flavour where needed... A must for a non Vegan BBQ.. Baroness asleep on the couch!!!@Delectablewine Delectablewine
