Lots of dried orange and zest! Some ginger. Lots of acidity, I usually like the older, richer style of sauternes but I think this is really great. 93!

Thick, sweet, but just enough acid to make it kick. Honey, mead, and a little mango. Chill it and might pair well with fruit tart.
