Another nice wine -- and actually affordable in Singapore -- from a goo Wine Connection on line service started in Bangkok by a Frenchman and now spread throughout Southeast Asia. Living the dream, Tony Kirkham!

Wet wood, wet herbs, sour cherry, twizzlers, woody tannins. Gets better with airtime.

A perfectly acceptable, versatile French table wine. Went very well with the chicken remoulade and cheese course that I had tonight. A bargain at under $25 a bottle.

Different from what I'm accustomed to. Not fruity, not dry, nice taste.

No, just no. Better after it had a chance to open up, but still tart and astringent with heavy tannins. Lackluster flavor. Earthy, charred, wet tree bark.
