1st off surprised at the complex nose. Petrol, subtle oak and aged.cheddar cheese. Some subtle herbs as well. Mouth feel is rather viscous. A touch of apples being sautéed in butter with a hint of dill. Sounds strange but it works. Has potential to hang on for a couple more years.
