Funky at first, but after a few hours of air time a big nose of cedar, nutmeg, vanilla, and cigars... beautifully tied together with violets and fresh blackberries. Awkward on the palate to start, but really benefiting from time in the decanter. Glad I have another, atypically stark for the vintage, should be more approachable in a few years
