Fully mature black and red fruits, smokey briar patch, leather, tobacco, soft integrated tannins. This wine is rocking and rolling at its peak. Something to enjoy over the next year or two.

1995 - lovely and fresh with good tannin and acid structure, especially for a 22 year old wine. Could have done with another 10+ years. Black current, tobacco and leather on the very perfumed nose. Lovely and silky on the palate with dry but almost sweet tannins that finished minerally with a good medium length. Quite enjoyable now but imagine much better in time.
