Waaaaay better than any California Merlot. Lacks complexity, but still enjoyable to drink.

Blueberries and cedar. Some heat when paired with food. Modern style. Guessing this would do well in a tasting with multiple wines, but this isn't what I'm looking for in a Bordeaux.

Transparent emerald color. Pepper dominant at the first approach. Very smooth and simple but finishes well. Great everyday drinker.
