We blinded this as 89, turns out it was 49 :) So unbelievably ripe and porty with clean, pretty red fruit characteristics. There was some noticeable VA and Brett, but awesome wine regardless!

Ah, the good old days of Bordeaux when the wines were built to last decades--still very sturdy stuff and now bone dry.

Oaky and blackberry taste. I don't drink a lot of French wine, and I thought I try some. This one was pretty good for the price.
