Had for our first anniversary with dinner. Fruity yummy with fatty foods. Be sure to have it chilled, not warm or room temperature.

It's a small introduction to the world of Bordeaux but gosh it's amazing. Smooth, sensuous, almost silky. Beautiful deep nose, quick hit of spice that disappates quickly to reveal, deep bold flavors- sweet, slight earthiness but lingering berry flavors - gorgeous, just gorgeous.
