Difficile sbagliare in questa zona, l'importante è saper aspettare per aumentare la goduria. Appena aperto aveva una forte riduzione legnosa che però lo ha abbandonato presto lasciando spazio a frutta e spezie, ma soprattutto a notedci caffè, liquirizia vaniglia che si eleveranno negli anni a venire. Ben costruito, piacevole da bere a patto di avere pietanze in grado di reggerlo
