Rather one-dimensional. Medium body. Cassis and cherry. Heavy tannins. Edit: Much better the next day. More flavor and tannins have mellowed. Let it breathe.

Delicate and ethereal little Bordeaux Merlot. Polished and clean nose delivers through bitter, tart raspberries, raspberry licorice straps, strawberry and sugary plum flesh with a tiny hint of spice. Bone dry sweetness, mouth watering acid and mildly chalky grip. Subtle and petite black fruits showing; black cherry and blackcurrants. Sour raspberry, leather, plum and a spice finish to add to the palate. Loving every sip drinking now, only going to get better however.

Very good. Never had it before. Wish i would have let it age more.
