Every now and then I will break out a Bordeaux, usually with at least a few years in bottle. Inevitably I get something that is underwhelmingly aged in poor oak with rampant brettanomyces and sadly this is no exception. Ripe one/dimensional red fruit, dull oak, bacteria etc etc.....
