Mushrooms and earth on the nose (Medium+ intensity) and a lovely full bodied black fruit. A sliver of bricking on the rim. Plenty of fruit and tannins still remain and softened the next day after a night in the fridge (I ran out of Coravin capsules and had to resort to the Stone Age method of the spray can of argon!)
