Clean, off-dry, versatile rosé. Nose was kicking some candied strawberries, flowers, bananas, and white pepper. Initially it was sweet, but the finish comes out clean. Cab Franc did an excellent job cutting through our hibachi night. Went very well with salad and played tag with the rest of the meal. Acidity gave it some character. Cheers to Friday!
