1 person found it helpfulFeb 9th, 2017Needs thorough decanting. Hickory and dark cocoa come out the next day. A little strong on the Cab Franc side and shows in its unsubtle flavors. It's a chest-up Camaro, compared to the Jaguar-esque finesse you might get with Hyot, Goulee, or other similarly priced, similarly available Bordeaux in the NYC area.
