Well, welcome to another weekend. I have opened the 2018 Château La Prade Francs Côte de Bordeaux from NicolasThienpont. This is a blend of 88% Merlot and 12% Cabernet Franc.
On the nose there is black cherry, blackberry, plum, black currant, pencil lead, mocha, violets and minerality.
On the palate I am getting black cherry, blackberry, plum, black currant, licorice, spice, a good bit of minerality and underbrush.
