Aug 2nd, 2025A left over bottle? Can’t tell now that I’d accidentally deleted the email records. A nice balanced wine given the years on it. Can still tell the more floral show Notes that were probably more prominent in youth. Next day mellowed even more and surprisingly went well with tortellini with roasted tomatoes and salmon.

Powerful presence in mouth, but fades. Notes of cherry, spices, and dark pepper. Tannic and astringent.
