Straight up ridiculous! One of the wines that will change the way you think about 1983. Soft and ripe and is in its zone for now till maybe 7/8 more years? Really good. Very enjoyable.

unexpected birth year wine

Was expecting less from this vintage but what a stunner.

Total delight to drink almost velvet like texture - just a bit of brown on the edge but not tired. Have six more and will share them.

A little amber edge with nice viscosity. Decanted 2 hours and showing round complex fruit with tannins that compliment our dinner. A little rustic but very fine wine. A success from this vintage. I love it.. hope you notice the price on the bottle.

Been wondering when to drink that last bottle. It's tonight!

Loss of fruit.

Classic Bordeaux herbaceouslicious. Tad hot. Earthy, dark red core.

Over the hill, at the first sip was amazing , tani and woodie , with berries and earthy notes . After 15 minutes - fell down a bit - still nice but past best
