Lush, full bodied Bordeaux at a ridiculous value. Dense but balanced. All the usual notes of blackberry coulis, currants etc but, man, just eye opening fruit that still feels old school.

Full of fruit, clean smooth tannins, elegant beautiful with lamb or beef.

Easy to love once it's properly decanted; dry, but of smoke... nice finish.

Garnet core with quite light garnet rim , showing a bit of age . On the nose this shows tobacco , earthy sous bois , some dusty plum and dark cherry with a touch of coffee . A mix of plum, cherry and cassis on the palate with the tobacco and earthy edge of the nose. Medium bodied with balanced alcohol and quite fresh acidity , tannin is slightly rustic with a hint of bitterness but doesn’t dominate the wine . Slightly short ,tobacco and coffee tinged finish . This is simple and rustic, though enjoyable with food and probably at peak now, however considering the price paid here in Brazil (R$114 Brazil Reais ~ $21 USD) you really can’t complain . Best drunk now and over the next 2-3 years. Good value overall .

Very short finish. Low bodied. Medium dry.
It’s okay compare to other similar wine.

Very good traditional st Emilion blend. The nose is dry but air shows black fruit, leather and a touch of spice. The mouth is full bodied, elegant, round and flavorful. Due to its traditional, acidic approach it would go well with a variety of food from medium to heavier dishes.

I'm not usually a Bourdeaux drinker, but this is good. Dark dark fruit with maybe a hint of black licorice, leather and smoke, good tannins but not overwhelming. After a while open, the structure and length are great, although at first there was basically no fruit.
