Yellow clear, disk is not very thick but has thickness in the tears. Very aromatic, peach and other yellow fruit. Little lemony and flowery. A nice finish of anise. More round and less acidic than a chablis. Excellent for chicken or other white meat. Try goat cheese or a pissaladiere.
