2016 vintage. Cru Bourgeois Médoc. While this is undoubtedly a nice wine for 9,90 euro, I am convinced that there is so much more potential in estates like this, but maybe they are not willing to make the necessary (big?) investments to achieve greater heights. Well-made medium bodied Bordeaux that lacks the concentration and depth (especially in a great vintage like 2016) that one would expect for a Cru Bourgeois. But a very quaffable wine that is outperformed by many wines in more humble Bordeaux appellations.
