Nose of black currant, cedar, menthol, meat, pepper. Very intense. The palate is rather on the length than on the width with a clean acid backbone around which fruits play their part, partly integrated tannins and a soft texture. Finish with a pinch of salt, meat juice and black currant again. Not bad at all !

Dark fruit on the nose, super dry and tannic. Best with fatty meats like ribeye and porterhouse.
