A nose full of fruit: blackberries, red cherries and plums. The taste is of damp smokey bonfires. The tannins are soft and silky and they help to produce a young smooth wine. You have to love Saint-Emilion. While this is not one of the best it is a great supermarket wine that is very enjoyable drunk at this age.
