Nose with black currant, leather, earth tobacco. Its nose shows a little bit of aging, this is odd. The palate shows an intense acid drive, a nice velvety mouthfeel, a bright black currant note all along, some caressing tannins in mid palate before a nice and long fruity finish with a tiny bitter twist. It went super well with a superb ribeye steak on the barbecue.
