Margaux Red Bordeaux Blend

Absolutely delicious and another living proof that 2008 is an underrated vintage in Bordeaux, the wine is really elegant and balanced, smooth and tasty, the nose opens up with notes of blackcurrant ,oak , earth, blackberry, tobacco, black fruit , chocolate, cassis and a light touch of dried herbs, the body is full with smooth round tannins, that open up after a couple of hours of decanting and the finish is long and delicious. This wine is all about fitness and elegance. My score 91, drink to 2024

Drinking beautifully, in a good spot!

Only just getting ready to drink. Bright red fruit - cherry, raspberry. Tobacco, leather and black pepper. Really nice.

Less strong nose very smooth taste

(15.5/20) Вино с ароматами чернослива, чёрной смородины, кожи и мокрого камня. Всё ещё вяжущие танины. Шоколадно-ягодное во вкусе. Слишком простое вино для своей ценовой категории.

Smooth and full bodied Margaux. Earthy tones with hints of tobacco. Very nice
