Entre-Deux-Mers Andre Moreau

No real notes. We had it in a seafood restaurant right by the sea at sunset. Great experience. Very tropical and aromatic nose with guava, kiwi, citrus and green apple touches. The palate is super dry and focused, with some discreet citrusy and kiwi notes and a long, laser-sharp finish that goes on for a while. A bit simple, a bit austere but a great companion to oysters, shrimps and sea snails.
