Sharp at first but mellowed with time. If it was paired correctly it may have been better.

Nose: ripe, dark red fruits, cherry, fruit leather.
Pallet: leather, plumbs, spice, cherries, minerals, French oak. Acid: high. Tannin: moderate. Body: medium. Finish: long. Age: 10 years

Very light legs, has an earthy/mushrooms vibe with a harsh purple ending. Pretty tasty.

Kind of off balance, but has some things going for it considering the price. Very dark fruit, vanilla, earthy. Somewhat harsh finish.

i can taste the 70% merlot.....not my favorite grape but I agree with others. Might be better if paired with something

? Costco. Good, smooth, but nothing special. Buy again if on sale.

Ok on its own but better paired (e.g., with beef). Let it breathe for an hour or so. Light to medium tannins and earthy vegetables. Not an entirely pleasant finish.
