2009

Pretty average all around. Can’t complain but no components stood out. Happy Xmas!!

Med yellow. Great nose of honey fruit with rice smooth palate full of honey. Great dessert wine.

Liquid gold.

2009 vintage. Super fresh and youthful! Paired extremely well with the lemon curd in our Napoleon. Concentrated pineapple, candied lemon peel, honeysuckle, more white flowers, on the fresher end of the spectrum for Sauternes.

Honey, apricot, flowers and candied orange. Quite light in the mouth but intensely focused. Lovely acidity. 2009.

Floral hints with a honey finish. Good balance. Could use some aging but very nice.
