Château d'Eyran
Pessac-Léognan Red Bordeaux Blend
2010 Gift of Capt. Shirvinsky Feb 2018. Decanted 2 Mar 18. No sediment. Dark. Brandies cherry, forest floor berries, cassis. Chocolate covered mint smell. Flavor and tannin on front end. Really no finish. Would do well with food. Very satisfying. After half hour, taming, softening; more even mouthfeel.
