Smooth and polished , maybe not a full 4 star, but very close to it. Very cherish, but with doze of acidity and boost of mellow tannins. One thing - it must get some oxygen before you'd like to sip it. It smooth like freshly razored chin... I can even feel some menthol in the air :) , good choice.
